Once a rollover occurs, a frame-mounted safety bar will deploy within a fraction of a second. This will, in turn, protect passengers in all rows from possible head injuries. MINI has embedded it within the rear belt outlet, out of sight but ready to protect when it's needed.
Dynamic Stability Control
If you have ever experienced either over and understeer, you will know it's not a great place to be. The MINI Convertible offers Dynamic Stability Control, which uses the brakes and engine to deceleration to reduce speed and get you back into control.
Rearview Camera with Park Distance Control
