Leasing a vehicle from our dealership is a fantastic experience, but you should be aware of the acceptable and unacceptable wear and use at the lease end. At the lease end, you will want to prepare the vehicle to be turned in, and you should explore whether you wish to lease another vehicle, purchase your current one, or discuss options other than leasing with our Finance Centre.
Acceptable Interior & Others Wear & Use
- Minor scratches and scuffs on the interior, seats, and soft trim, including leather, cloth, vinyl leather, plastic, wood, carpets, headliners, vinyl, convertible tops, and weather-stripping seals.
Unacceptable Interior & Others Wear & Use
- Severe scruffs and cracks, cuts, holes, and tears to the interior, seats, and soft trim
- Missing interior equipment, such as headrests, remote controls, headphones, etc
- Stains that cannot be removed
- Any burn holes or singed areas
- Missing equipment including, but not limited to, keys, manuals, navigation CDs, or cargo covers
- Decals
- Aftermarket accessories
- Non-functioning electrical components, such as power windows, climate control, and iDrive screen and controls
- Any vehicle warning lights, such as engine light, airbag light, brake service lights, traction control, etc
- Incomplete or overdue services
