Why MINI Tires?
There are eight unique star qualities that make up the foundation of each MINI tire. Continue reading to learn more.
- Each tire is individually designed and engineered to match your MINI's performance characteristics
- MINI tires are designed and engineered in partnership with leading tire manufacturers
- Each tire must endure a series of tests to become approved. As many as 50 different tests can be conducted.
- We know you want to have fun, but being efficient is also important. MINI tires are designed to feature low rolling resistance; this, in return, reduces fuel costs.
MINIs tires are designed and engineered as run-flats, but not all run-flats are made the same.
- Your MINI tires feature additional reinforcements in the sidewall to allow for a more confident drive in case of a flat.
- If you experience a sudden loss of tire pressure, don't worry. MINI tires are able to travel up to 80 km at a speed of 80 km/h, so you can try to reach a destination to have them replaced.
- MINI run-flats are able to retain their directional stability in the event of air loss.
- Even when you have a flat tire, important safety features like DSC and ABS will not be affected.
